We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The hot springs were a wonderful experience - soothing and relaxing. We also enjoyed the private pool in our room, which was perfect for some quality alone time. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.
The rooms were not quite up to par. They could have been cleaner and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention.

There were a handful of downsides that made my stay less than ideal. Firstly, the price seemed too high compared to the benefits and competition. Secondly, the external pools were crowded and public, making it difficult for guests to enjoy. Lastly, the staff wasn't always helpful and there were a few issues with communication. while there were some enjoyable aspects to my stay, there were also some issues that prevented it from being a top-notch vacation spot.
